The main objective of this summit is the overall development of the hosting industry in Bangladesh by enhancing mutual relations and understanding between the top hosting companies in the country. More than 30 top companies in Bangladesh participated in this event.
President of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) Almas Kabir was the chief guest at the event. The special guest was Abu Sufian Haider, an IT expert from the US and the CEO of Sineris Web Services.
This was the fourth Hosting Industry Summit. This year it was organized by one of Bangladesh's hosting companies, Alpha Net, Eicra Soft Limited, Zion BD, Dhaka Web Host Limite,d, and Web Host BD.
At the summit, the present members discussed in detail the overall situation of hosting in Bangladesh, various problems, and possible solutions.
BASIS President Almas Kabir gave a valuable speech as the chief guest on solving the problems. He promised BASIS's all-out support in the overall development of the hosting industry.
The program was conducted by Alpha Net Chief Executive Officer Akramul Haider. The Hosting Summit concludes with a sumptuous lunch.
