"Hosting Industry Summit-2019" has been held to develop the country's hosting. The summit was held in a hotel in the capital on Wednesday. The main objective of this summit is the overall development of the hosting industry in Bangladesh by enhancing mutual relations and understanding between the top hosting companies in the country. More than 30 top companies in Bangladesh participated in this event.
President of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) Almas Kabir was the chief guest at the event. This was the third Hosting Industry Summit. This year it was organized by Alpha Net, one of the hosting companies in Bangladesh. Their associate organizations were Zion BD, Dhaka Web Host Limite,d and Web Host BD.
At the summit, the present members discussed in detail the overall situation of hosting in Bangladesh, various problems, and possible solutions. BASIS President Almas Kabir gave a valuable speech as the chief guest on solving the problems. He promised BASIS's all-out support in the overall development of the hosting industry. The program was conducted by Alpha Net Chief Executive Officer Akramul Haider. The Hosting Summit concludes with a sumptuous lunch.
